Wayanad · Erode belt · Kerala plains
High-curcumin gold — boiled, sun-dried, polished and pure.

Origin & craft
Turmeric earned Kerala its place on the ancient spice route long before pepper made it famous. We source from farmer collectives in Wayanad and the Erode belt, choosing varieties — Salem, Alleppey Finger, Erode — that consistently test above 3.5% curcumin.
Rhizomes are boiled the same day they're dug, sun-dried for two to three weeks, then polished and graded. Whole fingers ship as-is; powders are milled fresh and packed in food-grade kraft or your private-label retail pouches.
