Maharashtra · Karnataka · Gujarat
Bold flavour, long shelf life — the kitchen staple, exported with care.

Origin & craft
India is the second-largest onion producer in the world, and the Nashik belt of Maharashtra alone supplies most of the country's export volume. We partner directly with farmer collectives there, plus growers in Karnataka's Bellary district and Gujarat's Bhavnagar, so our supply runs steadily across both Rabi and Kharif harvests.
Every lot is cured in the field, hand-sorted by size, brushed clean and packed the same week into ventilated mesh bags — 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg or 50 kg — palletised and pre-cooled before container loading from Mundra, Nhava Sheva or JNPT.
