Our export-grade cardamom is carefully sorted into bold, uniform capsules ranging between 6mm to 8mm, rich in natural oils and known for their strong aroma, vibrant green color, and long shelf life. We ensure moisture content is maintained below 11%, which not only improves shelf stability but also retains the essential oils (cineole and alpha-terpineol) that define true Kerala cardamom. Each batch is cleaned, air-dried, and handled under hygienic conditions to meet international food safety and phytosanitary standards.

With no artificial coloring, no fumigation unless requested (steam sterilization on demand), and packaging in multi-layered, food-grade materials, we guarantee product integrity during long transit periods.
